Grassy Creek at Jerry Run Summer Theater
Grassy Creek is a band of local friends and family from Braxton and Gilmer counties, playing mostly traditional Bluegrass and Gospel songs, songs that most people have heard through the years by groups such as the Stanley Brothers, Flatt and Sruggs, Reno and Smiley, Bill Monroe and other pioneers of Bluegrass music. The groups name comes from a creek that runs in Webster county where a few of the members live on and around!
