The Town of Cowen will hold their annual Make it Shine town wide clean up Saturday April 13, 2024!

People can bring stuff for the dumpsters (they’ll need to unload it) and if they want to pick up trash they can come to the Gainer Building for bags gloves and grabbers. 9-3pm The Gainer Building is the Cowen maintenance shed at the edge of town. To put stuff in the dumpster you must bring ID and live inside Cowen city limits.
