Join Ramp Queen, Kinley,  at the Richwood Community Center for the Handcuffs, Hoses & Heroes Basketball Tournament on Sunday September 28th, 2025 at 10:00 AM!

Policemen, firemen, active or retired military, and civilians gather your teams and support our Ramp Queen as she aspires to become a WV State Trooper. By participating, you’ll be helping her represent our community at fairs and festivals in January & a portion of your registration will be donated to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, per her request.
